Rest time Between sets

Think i've been trying to cram in too much working out in too little time , not having enough time between the sets to be able to make the next set as positive as possible and also doing too many reps within the set.

New practice is to do high sets with low reps and have a good about of time to recover between sets.

also eating smaller and more often , found that if i have a large meal i will feel sleepy for a good few hours after this, so going small enough to keep me topped up with fresh fuel and not too much to keep me weighed down.

Lots more casual movement as well ie walking and slow pace cardio.
