3 P's Paleo, Primal, Parkour

Think it should be called the 3 P's Paleo food, Primal thought and Parkour movement. Just an idea of how these 3 areas could include better health. Paleo food s, keeping things natural and original . meat vegtables and fruits and water. Keeping foods simple and fresh and of high quality Primal thought , this is keeping life simple being happy with what one has got, not wasting money on junk getting out of the consumer mentality, being frivolous and resourceful. Keeping in mind the bigger picture and nature. Getting out and about, meeting new people. Having fun and also getting good quality rest. Understanding what the dangers are in life. Parkour , this is a movement art that defines the world as your play ground, using what is around you to train. Climbing , pulling jumping running ducking and weaving through the obstacles of the urban jungle. Parkour is not about treadmills and weight machines, but about using your own judgement to jump gaps climb objects and find new paths...

As I messed up the first batch of pork crackling , this time I'm watching lots of Pork Crackling instructional video's. Cooking Videos for pork and cooking it so i get crispy crackling.

Primal fitness humbled by the basics.

Decided to start doing some primal fitness this evening .  I could squeeze 4 of the five movements. Thinking I would be at the level 4 already I thought as a warm up I would just do a set of the lowest foundation exersises, so with arrogance I got in to the starting position and to my disbelief o struggled to finish the full set. The aim is to master each movement before moving on. I am still on the basic set, my pressups felt flimsy. My squatting was awkward and my back and legs creaked. In the half plank position I trembled all over and felt loose after 60 seconds. Don't be fooled by all these fancy movements, get the basics down first, tomorow is going to be another play day as bodyweight goes, more focus on doing each rep well with good motivation, taking time to build the power in to each movement. Although number of reps is important , as I am at a foundation level, I thinly that its more important to learn each position well. Grease the groove, do allot of sets of low reps...

This my first of many bloggs using my phone for my blogging , being the first its a good way to keep the blog updated without having to air at my desk. As I go in to my second week of eating like the primal man I've noticed a few things , I really enjoy the clarity of mind at my work. I absolutely destroyed my work today. I can't wait to see the stats tomorow . I looked at my billing history also i took 70 k last year in payments.  What do I got to show for it not much there is no commision. Going Grok , even though there has been some bog temptations today , cheap cookies at work and cheap chocolate I resisted pretty good. Just working and smacking on my salad at lunch. Still there were a few things I could have done without , had allot of cheese and cream sauce on my veg and after half a bar of dark chocolate after eating that I passed out for about 2 hours. After that I haven't really had the motivation to do much with the last 3 hours tonight. I'm getting pumped alr...

Going Caveman Blueprint Paleo for 30 Days Paleo diet eating like a caveman, I've ordered a book and from what I’ve seen and read. You eat your meat and you eat your fruits and veg. What you don’t eat is stuff that was not around millions of years ago. You don’t eat bread you don’t eat pasta, or potatoes. I've been eating allot of bread recently as I've been trying to bake it and work out how to make the perfect loaf of bread. I've also noticed that I'm not as vibrant and active as I have been in the past few months. Not sure if these are linked or might just be I'm drinking too much coffee now that there is a free vending machine at work. I have experimented with raw foods and found great success with those and also juicing and making smoothie’s I still stick to a mainly junk free and vegan diet , but this makes more sense to me. Health Benefits of holding your nose while drinking. I had a whole pack of spirulina  and made juices packed with greens and minerals , the only problem was the difficulty getting them in to my system on a regular basis , the problem the taste, the spirulina drinks and some of my green vegtable juices just were too much for my taste buds, the flavor of spirulina is like mould or as described on the internet pond water. Some green vegtable juices just taste bitter and overpowering. Once they are in my system then they can go to work on doing the wonders to my body and health, but not able to get them in there because im struggling to force it down my neck. Then i thought of an old trick where if you hold your nose while drinking you can't taste whats in your mouth, or you can taste it but only just very subtle taste ie a bitter feeling or sour feeling in the mouth. Milk Replaced with Apple Juice

Vegan Raw substitute Non Dairy replacement for cereal Healthy non lactose fresh home made alive cheaper than almond milk which costs allot to make, put the bowl under the juicer, and add apple straight in to bowl, this morning i added 2 bananas to the mix, was also thinking of mixing in some soaked goji berries Cereal with apple juice and leaving out the milk, i don't buy milk very often. I have found a good vegan replacement is to use fresh juiced apple on the cereal instead, i was amazed at how good this tasted. I now have a great treat or breakfast cereal. Replacing the milk with juice, this was sweet and chewy. Swapped the dairy for a raw alternative. Ive tried almond milk and rice milk and have found them very messy and time consuming to make. Quick to make, i would recomend making the juice fresh before adding to the cereal, ive found apple juice not to be at its best if kept for more than 12 hours. Even in an airtight container. Celery Juice, Beetroot , Apple. Feel Great and alive with the Juice. This juice really powered me through the day today, every time i was feeling low on energy i just had a few drinks of this juice. Really strong in vitamins and minerals and keeps fresh for a long time in the Sigg Bottle. Flavor Strong, High in Vitamins and energy. Very Smooth and filling. The Apples give it a real boost in water content. Ive found about 4 apples is enough to fill my Bottle , And 1 bottle can last a day or half a day depending on how active i am. Today was the first day after a week of quitting the snooze button addiction, that i didn't use the alarm. As i didn't need to get up i decided to not set any alarms today. Demo of the Phillips Hr1861 Juicer, any one can be just like the juice master. With the Phillips juice press making juice is so easy. Ive had this 3 weeks now and Ive made so much juice. Beetroot is a powerful juice to add to the mix. I like to use vegetables that have allot of juice, in this 1 i used carrots. The Phillips juicer i did allot of research for this juicer and so far i cant fault it. Carrot and beetroot juice is very refreshing. When you drink Beets as a juice you can really tell that your getting top vitamins right in to your system. Its very easy to do just make a batch in 1 go and keep air tight in a bottle, I tried jars but have found that Sigg bottles are airtight and don't allow any light . They keep juice fresh for around 2 days , at the moment I'm making juice before bed and putting in the fridge and then its nice and chilled in the morning just needs a little shake. I have been drinking this juice for breakfast the last 2 days really fresh and the ginger gives it that kick what you need at that time of day. "Its bigger than the guys head" "eat this fucker" look at the size of the kitchen roll on the table what the fuck, how much mess is this guy going to make. he's got a jug of water to was that son of a bitch down with. You know, why is there a pyramid of pickles on the top of the bun. Look at the guys eyes, he's not even there! the guy is in a daze Just got a tooth in to it, why is he wearing a helmet . His head is sinking in to his body Bet that burger tastes nice, wonder how many calories it contains, how much it weighs, what does that cost. How do you grill the meat, looks like its got a whole jar of mayo in it. Lol the cheese dripping out of it! Mission stare at this for 30 seconds. wat the fuck. there is no way a person could eat this, you could cut it in to quarters and it would still be more than enough.

Stuck Left hook to the body

Currently working on a new body weight routine , for the week this will include boxing sessions in the gym for loosness cardio and handspeed. mainly bodywieght exersies for strenght , not working on the weights until i have properly masterd my own weight. Pressups and other exersises will be done in sets as though i would be doing the wieghts , i want to master the pull up bar as well. Moments of inspiration seems so positive but then fall away after a few days , i was so pepped up last weekend after seeing an old friend win world champion freerunning , which lead to the inspired change back away from weights and towards the bodyweight exersies. And now after a week has past although i have some new angles to play when i go to the gym all the inspired motivation has disapeared and i am left with the basic fact that i just need to now work with this new goal. Corn BBQ Chicken and Mash Potatoe

Just been thinking about what i eat today and comparing my eating habbits to other people , im so suprised how simple my meals can be just a bowl of corn and im sorted. No need to spend lots and lots on making extreemly elaborate meals just keeping things quick simple and filling. A high and fiberouse diet making sure that all my ntrients are coverd throughout the day and im sorted. Tomorows meal BBQ Grilled Chicken , Huge Bowl of corn with butter and mash potato. mmm Sounds good . Hoping to have some BBQ sauce left over to mix in with the potatoes and corn.

Vegtables and Salads for Breakfast

Idea when looking at the suggestions for breakfast there is so many dry and bland cerials and sugary coco pops ideas where is the 5 a day. if eating fruit and vegtables is so important, then why is waking up to a vegtable soup or a salad such a frowned apon idea. Starting the day with coffe and toast or starting the day with a bowl of greens and cherry tomatoes. While they are both different, it seems the norm to go for the unhealthy option, so while starting the day off with breakfast is important how would boosting that with a proportion of your vital vegtable intake make a difference. I have always struggled to get up and force a bowl of ceral down. it is too heavy and dry, so almost every breakfast so far in my life has been skipped. Many attempts to get up and eat have been attempted and so far i have never really managed to make the habbit stick. Found the link to the Raw for 30 Days movie, in this movie a group of people with many health problems go to a health retreat , hosted by Dr Gabrial Cousins. Where they overcome their Diabetes and other health problems by eating only raw and organic food for 30 days. The changes happen fast and within a few days they no longer require medications , mainly due to eating good food and being healed by the food. This movie also has negative charectors who's adictions force them to lie and leave , but for those who were willing to follow the programe, there is positice and inspiring life changes.
