Revision Ideas for study and memory

Currently looking for a new job, and so i think now is a good time to revise what i have learnt from university and from my work experiances. So to revise, just. Go over all the stuff you have learnt, Over learn , learn it over and over and over until you get sick then learn it some more. Go through notes and books and audio files go on youtube and watch videos, write lists and lists of key words and associated words. Draw pictures and write stories about the subject wanting to learn. Just revise it all .

Since i have had no hot water for the past two weeks i have gone back to my old habit of taking cold showers, but this time the habit is back and with avengence and i think its gona stick as well. My first post about cold showers To get over the shock of the cold water shower, i thought the only reason for this shock is I'm leaving too much time between showers, so started to take 2x cold showers a day, 1 in the morning before work and 1 in the evening to unwind after work. Getting used to Cold showers, as well as taking 2x a day also stay in the shower until the cold no longer feels cold and you start to feel the warm "Pins and Needles" feeling, this is the best part about cold showers once the initial shock is over and then this warm tingly sensation starts to happen. Your skin goes Bright red as it is flushed with fresh blood and all your muscles are activated. London Marathon Training

So for next year im going to be running the london marathon , this is just over 26 miles of London road, just thought this is part of getting more cardio exersise in my life i may as well have an aim to go for. im not going to be road joggin in preperation for this, i find jogging around the streets very depresing, for some reason as soon as you leave your house, freaks and weirdos seem to think you are public property for harasment. shouts from cars ect. which is bloody sad, so im working on this training within the confines of my own house and room which suits me fine as i have water , music and space to do more than just jog. Ive got the stairs to up and down, which is hard work. i can drop down after 20 mins of jogging and push out 40 pressups then roll over and hit some crunches for working the core. An average time for doing the London marathon as around 4 hours , so doing a couple of fun 2 hour sessions dancing jogging and messing around in the house per day seems like an easy w...

Sweets, You Big Kid

So, why eat those sweets? For some reason and it still, confuses me sweets seem to be consumed, i am striving for good health, and eating quality food. Sweets seem to be easy to get, and for some reason they are all the rage by some adults. Once one goes in the mouth, there is no going back and one sweet leads to another. But why? What is adictive about these little blobs of chew? I think back and think put the candy down. Mate stop eating this rubbish. What the hell is that i am eating , this isnt even food!!
