Six Pack Month

Six Pack Month, Abs In 30 Days This is a new little goal to work on for the next 30 days, Ive always wanted six pack of abs and a strong core with definition and real Strenght. I don't want a " Poser Pack " Real six pack with pure core strength in the next 30 days from now. After the 30 days, i want to have learnt enough to have a routine i can maintain.
